Usifo joined us at Dorset Mind in October and has been an excellent addition to our team. He's had a varied and impressive career and those skills are certainly benefiting the charity enormously. He is also a great guy to have in the office. He thinks a lot about the world and we've enjoyed talking about the big issues of the day. His journalistic and social media skills have proved critical to us, during a very hectic and challenging period. We have exciting plans for the future and his voice will be key to future developments.

These wonderful students took up the challenge to transcript recordings we’d made of people’s memories of the local area from 1930’s and 40’s. No small task! The transcripts have meant we’ve been able to create education resources for all ages, and share the project more widely. Thank you!

Working directly with our young people in the water, James has made a noticeable difference in their confidence levels, as well as working behind the scenes releasing a podcast discussing mental health, the Wave Project and surfing. We are very grateful for all of Jame’s hard work!
