Department Reps
At Bournemouth University, in addition to Student Reps, we also have Department Reps. They are elected within each Department and their role is to represent their Departments' feedback at important Department meetings.
When Students and Student Reps use SimOn they ensure that their feedback is heard by their Department Rep. Every month Department Reps receive departmental SimOn reports to keep them up-to-date with current feedback.
Department Reps then attend meetings to present this feedback. These meetings include a monthly Department Rep Forum where, along with the Faculty Reps, they discuss department, faculty and institution-wide topics based on the feedback Student Reps collect via SimOn.
