Bournemouth University’s Nerve Radio walked away with multiple wins at the prestigious Student Radio Association awards earlier this week.

The student-run station picked up gold for the Best Interview category, winning with Kitty Nixon and Hannah Clubley's conversation with garage musician Badger at the 2024 SUBU Summer Ball.

Nerve also picked up gold for the Best Producer award, won by Joshua Dodd.

Joshua won for his work on The Round the Clock Radio Challenge, an event which also came second in the Best Multiplatform Initiative award.

Additionally, Nerve Radio bagged silver for the Best Event Programming, for their FM Week Dylan's Takeover.

Reacting to the achievements on Instagram, Nerve Radio said:

"What a night to remember.

"It was an unforgettable evening celebrating the hard work and creativity of everyone involved.

"Huge congratulations to all the winners!"

During the show, there was a performance from JERUB.

Whilst they visited London, the Nerve Radio committee visited Bauer Media UK, home of Kiss FM and Absolute Radio.
