Poole Borough were unable to return to winning ways as they suffered another heavy defeat losing 5-1 at home to Bridport Reserves.
Poole Borough continued their poor run of form with a 5-1 defeat to Bridport Reserves on Saturday.
This comes after a 7-0 defeat to Dorchester Sports last weekend and leaves the Hornets with just one win in five games.
Bridport Reserves took a 2-0 lead going into half-time, and although a goal from Josh Russell seemed to bring Borough back into the game, it ended up being a mere consolation as Bridport Reserves scored three more goals.
The fans at the Terlin Moor Recreation Ground will be worried about their teams’ defensive form, as Poole Borough have conceded five goals or more in half of their games this season.
This result sees Bridport Reserves move up to 8th in the Dorset Premier League, whilst Poole Borough remain in 14th.
In the next round of fixtures, Poole Borough host Merley Cobham Sports, whereas Bridport Reserves host Hamworthy United Reserves.
