Dorchester Sports thrash Poole Borough 7-0

Dorchester Sports thrashed a helpless Poole Borough 7-0 in the Jewson Dorset Premier Football League on Saturday.

Goals from Charlie Gosney, Darren Watts, James Samways, Alex Godfrey, Brandon Heal and two from Edward Bastick saw Dorchester Sports ease past the Hornets.

Dorchester Sports, who themselves were thrashed 6-0 at the hands of Hamworthy Recreation last week, will be pleased to get back to winning ways.

This victory is Dorchester Sports’ largest win of the season so far, which has got the fans at the Avenue Stadium very excited.

This result sees Dorchester Sports remain 5^th in the table, although they are just one point off Westland Sports in 4^th, whilst Poole Borough drop to 14^th.

In the next round of fixtures, Dorchester Sports travel to Shaftesbury Town Reserves, whereas Poole Borough are at home to Bridport Town Reserves.
