Andoni Iraola’s side are looking for their first Premier League win in three games when they travel to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday.
The Cherries have lost their last two games in the league, at home to Wolves and away to Brighton.
However, they took revenge on Vitor Pereira’s side in the FA Cup a week later. The Cherries going through to the Quarter Finals via a penalty shoot-out victory.
For Spurs, they fell to a 1-0 loss to reigning champions Manchester City in the Premier League. They followed that up with another 1-0 loss in the Europa League away at AZ Alkmaar.
The last meeting between the two sides came in November, when the Cherries took all three points. That was a 1-0 win courtesy of a Dean Huijsen header.
Andoni Iraola described it as a tough game for his side: “There were chances for both teams; the most difficult thing was to keep the clean sheet.”
This time around, the Bournemouth boss knows it will be another tough test. He said: “They’re a very dangerous team to play against; they have a lot of defensive power.
“I expect a very demanding game physically.”
Everyone who was available for the Wolves FA Cup tie will once again be available for the trip to North London.
This includes Evanilson, who scored on his return to the starting eleven last weekend. Iraola spoke on the Brazillian, he said: “He played well and looked quite natural.
“It’s very good news for us as he’s very important. He’s training normal and is playing normal.”
A Cherries win on Sunday would be the first time they complete the league double over Spurs. Three points could also see the Cherries move up to 5th in the league table.
