Andoni Iraola’s side travel to the midlands on Saturday, to face an in-form Wolves.

Gary O’Neil’s team are unbeaten in four games, having won their last two, including an impressive 4-1 away victory at Fulham.

For the Cherries, they are coming off the back of two straight defeats against Brentford and Brighton, despite creating more chances than the opposition in both.

In this fixture last year Iraola’s side ran out 1-0 winners under the lights, with an Antoine Semenyo strike securing the three points, despite a Milos Kerkez red card and two Wolves goals disallowed by VAR.

Andoni Iraola spoke on how difficult the game will be at Molineux, he said: “We have to be ready for a very good team.

“It’s going to be a difficult game.

“They’re playing more winnable games, Fulham away is a huge result.

“They are full of confidence.”

An important player for Wolves this season has been Brazilian forward Matheus Cunha, scoring seven and assisting three goals in 12 games.

Iraola knows that he is a huge threat to his side, he said: “He (Cunha) is a difference maker.

“I know him well as I played against him in La Liga, top player.”

The main headline for the Cherries is the absence of in-form winger Antoine Semenyo, who is suspended after picking up his 5th yellow card of the season last weekend.

The Ghanaian, who has scored four and assisted once for the Cherries, is going to be missed by Andoni Iraola.

Iraola said: “He’s a player we don’t want to lose.

“This week, he can have a small break and be ready for a demanding month of December.”

Both games last season against Saturday’s opponents were won by one goal, a 1-0 win away and a 2-1 defeat at home for the Cherries.

Iraola expects another tight contest on Saturday, he said: “Most of the games we play are very very tight.

“All the games recently have been decided in the last minute, there is a big chance its very tight.

“It’s a matter of the small details, they are the difference makers always.”

Bournemouth have won both of their last two previous visits to Molineux and the travelling Cherries fans will be hoping their side can make it three.
