Developing Effective Teamwork and Collaboration with UHD 

This masterclass will help you to understand how to work effectively in a team and how to build collaboration with others. During this session you will spend some time doing some strengths profiling which is a type of personality test. Our speakers will include interactive activities to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses and how you might work best in a team. Throughout the masterclass you will start to develop skills in emotional intelligence and better understand the profiles of others in your group and how this might play out in a real-life work-based scenario.

You will also hear real-life examples of diverse teams in practice, the challenges that teams in the NHS face and how to overcome and effectively collaborate in practice when under pressure.
