Marketing Society- Winter Ball

On Tuesday 6th December, the MSBU Winter Ball is back! This event will be filled with Christmas cheer, including themed food items, mulled drinks, christmas presents, and themed entertainment.

This event will act as a fundraiser, raising money for our society, equipment, educational events, and to cover the costs for students from low-income backgrounds.

 

Details:

The Winter Ball will take place at Chapel Gate from 19.00pm-23.00pm. We ask that attendees arrive no later than 18.45pm. 

 

Venue:

Chapel Gate/BU Sports Campus

Parley, Christchurch, Dorset

BH23 6BL

 

Dress code:

  • Evening formal
  • Suits / Dresses / Shirts
  • Feel free to add some christmassy sparkle or accessories to your outfit

Tickets will be limited to 2x per person due to high demand. Both Marketing Society Members and members from other societies are invited to attend.

  • Premium Bratwurst XXL Sausage or Vegan Bratwurst Vegan 9” Brioche Style Vegan Hot Dog Roll
  • Toppings: Crispy Fried Onion, Jalapenos, Smoked Bacon, Mozzarella
  • Sauces: Garlic Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup
  • *GF and V options available*

 

Mulled Cider:

  • Inches Mulled Cider 
  • Orange Zest, All Spice, Cinnamon in an Xmas Cup
  • *non-alcoholic version available*

 

Other drinks available (Not included in ticket price):

  • Standard Bar set up
  • Plenty of drinks deals and offers will be in place on the evening!
  • Xmas Latte’s or Hot Chocolate
    • Syrups – Gingerbread or Black forest Whipped Cream
    • Toppings – Marshmallows or Flake pieces

 

Raffle

This event will act as a fundraiser, raising money for our society, equipment, educational events, and to cover the costs for students from low-income backgrounds.

As part of the fundraiser, we will have a raffle with lots of exciting prizes from local and global brands. You could win yourself A bowling date with drinks for 2 from Bowl Central, A booth and shuffleboard booking at the Apres Terrace, A crate of Jimmy's Iced Coffee, Bar tabs, Amazon vouchers, and many more exciting prizes.

All for 50p a ticket or 5 for £2! *Raffle Tickets sold seperately*

 

After Party

Want to party all night? Join us for our exclusive after party at Walkabout. We have covered the costs of your entry, all you have to do is turn up from 11pm, show your wristband, and dance the night away!

 

After Purchasing:

Once you've purchased your ticket, we will send you an email inviting you to join a private facebook page for the event.

On arrival, guests will give their names and be presented with an envelope that contains their ticket for entry, as well as their food and drink vouchers, their afterparty entry, and any raffle tickets purchased prior to the event.
