The Leadership Training is delivered by the Learning and Representation Department in the Students' Union.

We also deliver training for the SUBU EXEC Committee, student Duty Managers from the Firestation, Dylan's Bar and the Student Shop. The trainers focus on helping you develop important and relevant skills in an interactive and fun way!


Jane really enjoys her work as Training & Volunteering Manager. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and has been training students in personal development with SUBU for over 4 years.	Gillie joined SUBU in October 2011 as a Learning and Representation Administrator. She previously worked as a Learning and Development Consultant, and also as a Workplace Union Representative.
